Single-Use or Time Based Private Links
Private Links generate unique, restricted booking URLs that expire after use or on a set date — without exposing your main profile.
- Protect your username: attendees don't see your main profile or other event types.
- Single-use security: a link that regenerates after each use can't be reused to book you repeatedly.
- Control distribution: prevents your link from being shared around unintentionally.
- Open Event Types, select the event, and open the Advanced tab.
- Toggle Private Links ON.
- Click the gear icon next to the generated link and choose an expiration:
- Usage-based: set 1 booking so the link regenerates after use.
- Time-based: active only until a specific date.
- Copy the unique URL, then click Save.
They see a clean page for that specific event — not your public profile or other events. Once they book (if set to 1 use), the link becomes invalid.
