Limit Booking Frequency

Limit booking frequency caps how many times an event type can be booked over a period — ideal for intense meetings like interviews or deep-dive consultations.

Why use it

  • Prevent burnout: limit demanding event types.
  • Balanced workload: spread meetings across the week rather than clumping them.
  • Quality: give full attention to every guest.

Set it up

  1. Open Event Types and click the event.
  2. Open the Limits tab.
  3. Toggle Limit booking frequency ON.
  4. Enter the maximum bookings (e.g., 3) and choose the period — per day, week, or month.

  1. Click Save.

How it works

Once the limit is reached, the event shows as unavailable for the rest of that period. For example, limiting "Interviews" to 2/day means once the second Tuesday booking lands, no one else sees Tuesday for that event.
