Limit Future Booking to Restrict the Future Booking

Limit future bookings controls how far ahead guests can book — useful when your availability gets uncertain past a point, when you want to watch your near-term calendar, or when setting up a webinar. Choose a number of calendar/business days, or a specific date or range, after which no slots show.

Where to find it

Open Event Types › Edit › Limits and find Limit future bookings.

For example, to be bookable only two weeks ahead, set 14 calendar days — guests can only book within the next two weeks. Selecting a specific date range instead makes you bookable on those days only.

Rolling vs. fixed window

  1. Toggle Limit future bookings ON.
  2. Enter the number (e.g., 30) and choose business days or calendar days.
  3. Tick Always [30] days available for a rolling window.
  4. Click Save.

  • Rolling (box ticked): your page always shows exactly 30 days from today — as each day passes, a new day opens at the end, so you never run out of slots.
  • Fixed (box unticked): the window shrinks as you approach the end of the 30 days, eventually leaving no slots until you reset it.
