Custom or Fixed Time-Slot Intervals

Time-slot intervals control how often start times appear on your booking page — independent of your meeting duration. For example, a 30-minute meeting can be set to start only at the top of every hour.

Why use it

  • Cleaner page: fewer, well-spaced start times.
  • Standard start times: force 9:00, 9:30, 10:00 rather than 9:15 or 10:45.
  • Predictable days: block-based scheduling.

Set it up

  1. Open Event Types and click the event.
  2. Open the Limits tab.
  3. In Time-slot intervals, choose an option (e.g., 15, 30, or 60 minutes). Leave it blank to use the event's duration.

  1. Click Save.

What the booker sees

  • 30-minute interval: 10:00, 10:30, 11:00…
  • 60-minute interval: only on the hour — 10:00, 11:00, 12:00.

Only intervals that fit your availability and don't conflict with other bookings are shown.

💡 Tip

Set a 60-minute interval to always start on the hour — great for batching your work.
