Setting Up Recurring Events in Cal ID
The Recurring feature creates a series of meetings on a schedule, so attendees can subscribe to a recurring series instead of booking a single occurrence.
- Open Event Types and click Edit on the event.
- Open the Recurring tab.

- Toggle Recurring Event ON.

- Set Repeats every — a number and an interval (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly).

Let the attendee decide how many sessions they need, within your limits:

- Maximum occurrences — the most sessions in the series.

- Minimum occurrences — the fewest a user must book to check out.

- Default occurrences — what's pre-selected when they open the page.

For a set series (e.g., a "10-Session Masterclass"), select Fixed number of sessions and enter the exact count.

On your public page, the attendee sees how many times it occurs (e.g., "Occurs 10 times").

- Pick the first slot (start date and time).

- If you allowed it, choose how many sessions (within your min/max) with +/– or by typing.

- Click Confirm — all sessions are booked at once.

Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
Repeats every | The gap between meetings (e.g., every 2 weeks). |
Minimum | The fewest sessions an attendee must book. |
Fixed number | A specific, non-negotiable session count. |
Default | The pre-filled session count for faster booking. |
