Resetting Your Password

If you have forgotten your Cal ID password or are having trouble logging in, you can easily recover your account by requesting a password reset link.


Step-by-Step Password Recovery Process


  1. Go to the Login Page: Open your web browser and navigate to https://cal.id/login.


  1. Access Account Recovery: On the login screen, click on the Forgot password link.



  1. Enter Your Registered Email: You will be redirected to the Account Recovery screen. Carefully type the email address associated with your Cal ID account into the Email Id field.



  1. Request the Link: Click the Send reset email button at the bottom of the card.



Verifying the Email Request


Once you submit your request, a confirmation screen titled "Email sent" will appear.


  • The system will instantly send a unique password recovery link to your inbox.



  • Complete the Reset: Open your email inbox, find the message from Cal ID, and click the Change Password button to establish a brand-new password.
