Resetting Your Password

Forgot your Cal ID password or can't log in? Recover your account with a reset link.


Reset your password


  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click Forgot password.



  1. On the Account Recovery screen, enter the email tied to your Cal ID account.



  1. Click Send reset email.



Finish the reset


An Email sent confirmation appears and a recovery link is sent to your inbox.



Open the email from Cal ID and click Change Password to set a new one.
