How to Seamlessly Import Your Data from Calendly to Cal ID

The Import tool migrates your existing setup — event types, availability, and bookings — from Calendly straight into Cal ID.


Import from Calendly


  1. Log in to Cal ID and go to Settings.
  2. Click Import in the left sidebar, under the Others section.
  3. In the Import from Calendly section, optionally tick Notify past bookers about your migration to let previous clients know you've moved to Cal ID.



  1. Click Connect Calendly (top right) to connect your account and bring your data across.
