Lock Timezone On Booking Page

Lock timezone on booking page stops the page from auto-detecting the guest's timezone — keeping times fixed to the one you choose. Essential for in-person events or webinars tied to a fixed broadcast time.

Why use it

  • In-person events: a 10:00 AM GMT London workshop starts at 10:00 AM GMT for everyone.
  • Travel & tours: show the destination's local time.
  • Fixed broadcasts: everyone refers to one master clock.

Set it up

  1. Open Event Types and click the event.
  2. Open the Advanced tab.
  3. Toggle Lock timezone on booking page ON and select the timezone.
  4. Click Save.

How it works

  • Normal: a New York guest sees "9:00 AM" for a 2:00 PM GMT slot.
  • Locked to GMT: the New York guest sees "2:00 PM" clearly marked GMT — telling them the event happens at that time, in that place.

Tip: this is per event type — set it on your in-person events but leave it off for virtual ones.
