Enabling Apps for Specific Event Types

Installed apps can be turned on per event type — so you can use Razorpay only for paid consultations while keeping it off for internal syncs.


Enable an app for an event


  1. Open Event Types and click Edit on the event.
  2. Open the Apps tab.



  1. Find the installed app you want (Google Analytics, Zoom, Stripe, etc.).
  2. Toggle it ON.
  3. Enter any required values (a tracking ID for analytics, a price for payments).
  4. Click Save.


Why per-event apps


  • Tailored automation: connect Make, Viasocket, or Zapier to specific events for unique workflows.
  • Selective payments: charge only for premium services.
  • Targeted tracking: use unique tracking codes to see which services convert best.
