Embed Meeting Scheduling Link

Embedding your Cal ID scheduling link on your website lets clients book without leaving your page — boosting conversions and cutting the email back-and-forth.

Why embed

  • Seamless experience: clients book without leaving your site.
  • Fully responsive: the booking grid scales to desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • Higher conversions: removing the external click reduces drop-off.
  • On-brand & always on: the scheduler matches your design and works 24/7.

Embed your link

  1. Open Event Types, click the three dots (…) on the event, and select Edit.
  2. Open the Embed tab — you'll see four options:

  • Inline — the full calendar embedded in your page content.

  • Floating Button — a persistent "Book a Meeting" button in the corner.

  • Pop-up — a scheduling window that opens when a user clicks your link.

  • Email — a snippet optimized for signatures and campaigns.

  1. Optionally use the Settings panel on the left to change colors, button text, and visibility.
  2. Click Get Code, copy it, and paste it into your website's HTML.

Which type to use

Type

Best for

Inline

Dedicated booking pages where the calendar should be visible immediately.

Floating Button

High-traffic pages (home, pricing) where booking should be available anytime.

Pop-up

Keeping the page clean — the calendar appears only on click.

Email

Signatures and outreach emails, to reduce friction for the recipient.

Tip: you can place multiple embeds on one page — e.g., a "15-Minute Intro" and a "60-Minute Consultation" side by side. Each works independently.
