Managing Your Contacts in Cal ID
The Contacts section is your built-in address book — it auto-saves everyone who books with you and lets you manage those relationships in one place.
- Automatically: each time someone books via your Cal ID URL, a contact is created with their name, email, and phone.
- Manually: click + Add Contact (top right).

Enter their full name, email, phone, and private notes.

Search by name, email, or phone from the top-left search bar.

To see everything, click the three dots (…) under Actions and choose View Profile.

The profile shows their info, your private notes, and their upcoming meetings and history. Click Edit Contact to update details, then Update Contact.

From the three dots (…) under Actions:
Click Share Availability, pick the event type, then copy the link or send it via WhatsApp or Gmail.

Book for them without sending a link:
- Click Schedule Meeting.

- Choose the event type.

- Pick the date and time.

- Fill in any questions (name and email are prefilled from the contact).

- Click Confirm Booking — it appears in Bookings and your Unified Calendar.

Open View Profile and click the red Delete Contact button.

Prevent someone from scheduling with you:
- Go to Contacts and find the contact.
- Click the three-dot (⋮) menu and select Block Contact.

They can no longer book you until you unblock them. Manage blocked contacts anytime from the Contacts section.
Organize contacts with custom tags for easy filtering.
Create a tag:
- Go to Contacts and click Manage Tags.

- Enter a name.

- Choose a color.

- Click Create.
Add a tag to a contact: click the + icon or Tags field next to the contact, select tags, and click Save.

Remove a tag: open the contact's Tags field, remove the tag, and click Save — the tag stays available for other contacts.
