Multiple Schedules

Multiple schedules let you keep different sets of hours and assign the right one to each event type — so a sales call and an after-hours consult can each follow their own availability.

Why use multiple schedules

  • Different timezones: keep a dedicated schedule for each region you book around.
  • Different meeting types: offer some event types only during specific windows.
  • Cleaner organization: stop overloading a single schedule with exceptions.

Set it up

  1. Open Availability and click + New to create a schedule (see Create Availability in Cal ID).
  2. Name it and set its hours, then Save.
  3. Open the event type you want, go to its Availability tab, and select this schedule.
