Create New WhatsApp Business Account

No WhatsApp Business account yet? Create one during the Cal ID connection flow.


Create the account


  1. Select Create a business portfolio, then Create a WhatsApp Business account in the respective fields.
  2. Fill in all required fields and save.
  3. Once created, your WhatsApp Business account is ready to connect to Cal ID — see Connect with WhatsApp Business App.


Note: you must verify your Tax ID on Meta to trigger templates.
