Connect with WhatsApp Business App

Follow these steps if you already have the WhatsApp Business app on your phone and want to connect it.


Note: your address and Tax ID must be verified to trigger messages.


Choose the connection method


Click Connect WhatsApp Business app on the integration screen to start connecting your existing app.



Enter your phone number


Enter the number tied to your WhatsApp Business app (only verified numbers appear), then click Next.



Get your access code


Click Use an access code instead and note the code shown.



Enter the code on your phone


  1. Open the WhatsApp Business app.
  2. Go to Menu / Settings.
  3. Open Account › Business platform.
  4. Enter the access code and tap Next.
  5. Paste the generated code.



Enter additional details


Fill in any required information and click Next.



Confirm the connection


Review the details and click Confirm.



Scan the QR code


A QR code appears — scan it with your phone and follow the on-screen steps to finish.
