Cal ID to Zoom Integration

Install Zoom and set it as the meeting location for your event types so every booking gets a Zoom link.

1. Open the Cal ID App Store.

2. Search for Zoom and click Details.

3. Click Install App.

4. Sign in to your Zoom account (if prompted) and allow the requested permissions.
5. You're redirected to Installed Apps with the Conferencing tab selected, where Zoom Video now appears.

Click the three dots next to a conferencing app and set it as default — every new event will use it automatically unless you change it.

Open your event type settings and add Zoom Video as the location (see Set Event Location). Click Save, and your meetings will use Zoom.
