Integrate Cal ID with Razorpay

Cal ID's Razorpay integration collects payment when someone books a paid event — the meeting is scheduled once payment succeeds. You can also set the amount and refund rules per event type.

1. Open the Cal ID App Store and search for Razorpay.

2. Click Install and sign in with your Razorpay credentials.

3. Click Authorize to connect your account to Cal ID.

4. You're redirected back to Cal ID, where Razorpay now shows as installed.

1. Go to Event Types, select the event type, and click Edit.
2. Open the Apps tab.
3. Toggle the Razorpay app ON.
4. Enter the amount to collect.
5. Click Save.

Choose what happens if a booker cancels a paid booking:

• Always — the booker always gets a refund.
• Never — the booker never gets a refund.
• If cancelled in advance — a refund only if they cancel at least a set number of business or calendar days before the event.

On the booking page, the booker answers your questions, clicks Pay to Book, and completes payment — then the meeting is scheduled.
