Team Appearance Settings

Customize the theme and button visibility for your team's public booking page.

1. Log in to Cal ID and click Teams in the left sidebar.
2. Next to the team, click the three dots (…) and select Edit team.

3. Open the Appearance tab at the top.

Select the theme clients see on your team's public page: System default, Light, or Dark. A fixed theme keeps the experience consistent regardless of the visitor's browser settings.

By default, your team page shows a Book a team member instead button at the bottom, letting guests book an individual directly.

• OFF (default): the button is visible — guests can bypass team events and book a specific person.

• ON: the button is hidden — useful when you want all bookings to follow your Round Robin or Collective logic rather than letting guests pick a person.

Toggle ON to hide the link to your team's profile on all booking pages.
