Customize Your Brand Logo and Favicon in Cal ID

The Custom brand logo and favicon section replaces Cal ID branding with your own logo and browser icon.


Upload your logo and favicon


  1. Log in to Cal ID.
  2. Click the Settings icon in the left sidebar.
  3. Open Custom Branding.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and switch Custom brand logo and favicon ON.



  1. Logo: click Upload logo and select a 600 × 400 px image.



  1. Favicon: click Upload favicon and select an icon file (under 1 MB).



  1. Click Update to apply.


What changes


  • Booking page: your logo appears at the bottom of the booking interface, replacing the default branding.



  • Browser tab: your favicon shows in the tab when a guest opens your booking link.



💡 Tip


Use a transparent-background PNG for your logo so it looks natural in both Light and Dark mode.
