Integrating Cal ID with Pabbly

Pabbly Connect sends your Cal ID booking data to 1,000+ apps. It uses a webhook to listen for new bookings and instantly trigger your workflows.

Step 1: Start in Cal ID

  1. In Cal ID, open the Apps tab and search for Pabbly Connect.
  2. Click Install.

  1. Choose your Personal account or a specific Team.

  1. You're sent to Pabbly — pick the second app to connect (Google Sheets, a CRM, etc.) and click Start.

Step 2: Get the webhook URL from Pabbly

  1. In your Pabbly workflow, select Cal ID as the trigger app.
  2. Choose the trigger event (e.g., "Booking Created").
  3. Copy the Webhook URL Pabbly provides (it looks like https://connect.pabbly.com/workflow/send...).

Step 3: Add the webhook in Cal ID

For all event types (global)

  1. In Cal ID, go to Settings › Developer.
  2. Click Webhooks, then + New Webhook.

  1. Choose the account — Personal or a Team.

  1. Paste the Pabbly URL into Subscriber URL.

  1. Select event triggers — Booking Created, Booking Cancelled, Booking Rejected, or any of the other available triggers.
  2. Click Create Webhook.

For one event type

  1. In Event Types, click Edit on the event.
  2. Open the Webhooks tab.

  1. Click Add Webhook, paste the Subscriber URL, and select triggers.

  1. Click Create Webhook.

Step 4: Capture and map your data

  1. In Pabbly, click Capture Webhook Response.

  1. Complete a test booking on your public page — Pabbly receives the response.

  1. Map the fields: match each piece of Cal ID data (e.g., "Attendee Name") to the right field in your destination app. Double-check email, phone, and meeting time so data lands correctly.

Tip: you must complete a real test booking to activate the connection and reveal the fields for mapping.
