# Monitoring Notification Delivery with Workflow Status

**Workflow Status** shows exactly what happened after a meeting was booked — every email, SMS, or WhatsApp message sent by the system or your workflows — so you always know whether your attendee got the information.

| Check the status

1. Click **Bookings** in the left menu.
2. Find the meeting.
3. Click the **Workflow Status** button (lightning-bolt icon) on the right of the booking.

| What the statuses mean

* **Scheduled / Queued** — waiting to send at the right time (e.g., 30 minutes before the meeting).

* **Delivered** — sent and reached the person's inbox or phone.

* **Read** — the person opened the message.

* **Bounced** — couldn't be delivered (often a wrong address or full inbox).

* **Failed** — an error stopped the message from sending.

* **Cancelled** — the meeting was cancelled, so future messages were stopped automatically.

| Why it helps

* **No guessing:** if a client says they didn't get the link, check whether it **bounced** or was **delivered**.
* **Confirm awareness:** a **Read** status means the attendee saw the meeting details.
* **Automatic cleanup:** reminders for cancelled meetings stop on their own.
