# Mark Guests as No Show

In **Cal ID**, mark guests as **no-show** on past appointments where they didn't attend — keeping your history accurate and enabling better follow-up.

| Mark an attendee as no-show

1. Go to **Bookings** and open the **Past** sub-tab.
2. Click the **Details** arrow on the booking.
3. Click **Mark no-show** in the bottom-right corner.
4. Made a mistake? Click **Unmark no-show** in the same place to revert.

| Multiple attendees

For meetings with several guests, Cal ID gives you a checklist:

* Click **Mark as no show** to open the checklist popup.

* Mark or unmark multiple guests at once.

* This keeps records accurate even for large group sessions.

| 💡 Tip

A no-show can trigger automated workflows — for example, an email asking the guest to reschedule.
