# Managing Your Cal ID Profile Settings

Your **Profile** page is where you manage your identity and contact details on Cal ID. These define how you appear on your public booking page.

| Open profile settings

1. Log in to Cal ID.
2. Click the **Settings** icon at the bottom left of the sidebar.
3. Open the **Profile** tab under personal settings.

| What you can manage

|| Profile picture

* **Upload Avatar** (up to 5 MB) to choose a photo from your computer.
* Click **Remove** to delete your current photo.

|| Username and public URL

Edit your username to change your public booking link (e.g., `cal.id/your-username`).

> **Warning:** changing your username breaks any links you've already shared — update your website and email signature afterward.

|| Personal information

* **Full Name:** the name shown on your booking page and calendar invites.
* **About (bio):** a short bio with **bold**, *italics*, and links to give bookers context.

|| Email management

* Your main address carries a **Primary** tag.
* Click **+ Add Email** to link more addresses.
* Use the three dots next to a secondary email to make it primary or remove it.

|| Phone number & WhatsApp

* Pick your country code and enter your mobile number — a **Number is valid** badge confirms the format.
* Tick **"Allow bookers to reach you on WhatsApp via this phone number"** to enable direct messaging.

|| Connected accounts

Shows which external accounts (like Google) are connected for login or calendar sync. Click **Disconnect** to remove access.

| Save your changes

Click **Update** at the bottom of the page to sync your profile and settings.

| Danger zone: delete account

To permanently close your Cal ID account, scroll to the **Danger zone** at the bottom of the Profile page and click **Delete account**.

> **Warning:** account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
