# Limit Booking Frequency

**Limit booking frequency** caps how many times an event type can be booked over a period — ideal for intense meetings like interviews or deep-dive consultations.

| Why use it

* **Prevent burnout:** limit demanding event types.
* **Balanced workload:** spread meetings across the week rather than clumping them.
* **Quality:** give full attention to every guest.

| Set it up

1. Open **Event Types** and click the event.
2. Open the **Limits** tab.
3. Toggle **Limit booking frequency** **ON**.
4. Enter the maximum bookings (e.g., `3`) and choose the period — **per day, week, or month**.

5. Click **Save**.

| How it works

Once the limit is reached, the event shows as **unavailable** for the rest of that period. For example, limiting "Interviews" to 2/day means once the second Tuesday booking lands, no one else sees Tuesday for that event.
