# Integrating Cal ID with Make

**Make** connects Cal ID to thousands of apps (Google Sheets, Slack, your CRM, and more), sending booking data the moment a meeting is scheduled.

| Step 1: Get your API key from Cal ID

1. Open the **Apps** tab in your Cal ID dashboard.
2. Search for **Make** and click **Install**.

3. Choose the account to connect.

4. On the API page, you'll see keys for your **Personal Account** and any **Teams** where you're an Admin or Owner.

5. Click **Generate API Key** for the account or team, then **copy and save it immediately**.

Once Make is installed, its setup page shows the API keys for all your personal and team accounts.

| Step 2: Connect Cal ID to Make

1. In [Make](https://www.make.com), click **Create a new scenario**.
2. Click the **+** button, search for **Cal ID**, and select it.

3. Choose a trigger like **Watch New Bookings**.
4. Click **Add**, paste your **API key**, and click **Save**.

Cal ID is now connected to Make.

| Step 3: Send data to other apps

Add modules to your scenario to route booking data:

* **Google Sheets:** add a new row with the attendee's name and email.
* **CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce):** create a contact or lead.
* **Communication:** send a notification to Slack.

Turn on (save) the scenario in Make to start processing bookings.
