# Integrate WhatsApp Business

Integrating WhatsApp Business with Cal ID lets you trigger notifications and reminders from your own business number.

| Step 1: Install the app

* Log in to Cal ID and open the **Apps** section.
* Search for **WhatsApp Business** and install it.
* Choose where to install it: a **Personal** account (individual use) or a **Team** account (team collaboration).

Click **Connect WhatsApp Business** to proceed.

On the confirmation screen, click **Continue**.

| Step 2: Choose your business portfolio

Select the **business portfolio** tied to your WhatsApp Business account, then pick the **WhatsApp Business account** (number) you want to use.

> **Note:** your address and Tax ID must be verified on Meta to trigger templates.

| Step 3: Select your phone number

Choose the phone number to use with WhatsApp Business, then click **Next**. This number becomes the main contact point for the integration.

| Step 4: Review and confirm

Review your settings and click **Confirm** to finalize the connection.

| Step 5: Use it in a workflow

Your WhatsApp Business app is now connected. In Cal ID, open the event type where you want the workflow, select your WhatsApp Business number, choose a template from the **Message Template** dropdown, and save.
