# Integrate Cal ID to Zoho CRM

Connecting Cal ID with Zoho CRM automatically logs appointments and creates contacts in real time, keeping your pipeline current without manual updates.

| Step 1: Install Zoho CRM in Cal ID

1. Log in to Cal ID and click **Apps** in the left sidebar.
2. Search for **ZohoCRM** in the App Store.

3. Click **Install App**.

4. Choose the destination account — a specific **Team** or your **Personal** profile.

| Step 2: Authorize and map event types

1. Sign in at the Zoho CRM login portal.

2. Grant permissions so Cal ID can sync activities to Zoho.

3. Map event types now, or **configure later** (open an event's **Apps** tab and toggle Zoho on).

| How data syncs

Every booking through an active event type sends its details to Zoho CRM:

* **Existing contacts:** the meeting record is attached to the matching contact.
* **New contacts:** a brand-new contact record is created, found under **Contacts**.

**Find your meetings:** in Zoho CRM, open the **Modules** section and click **Meetings** to see the **All Meetings** table.

Click a meeting to see the booker's contact info, the meeting link, and answers to your custom booking questions.

| 💡 Tip

Use the same email on Cal ID and Zoho CRM for each team member, so Zoho assigns the correct meeting host.
