# Integrate Cal ID to Zoho Bigin

Connecting Cal ID with Zoho Bigin automatically logs appointments and creates contacts in real time, keeping your small-business pipeline current without manual entry.

| Step 1: Install Zoho Bigin in Cal ID

1. Log in to your [Cal ID](https://cal.id/home) dashboard and open [**Apps**](https://cal.id/apps).
2. Find **Zoho Bigin** in the App Store.

3. Click **Details**, then **Install App**.

4. Choose the destination account — a specific **Team** or your **Personal** profile.

| Step 2: Authorize and map event types

1. Sign in at the Zoho Bigin login portal.
2. Grant permissions so Cal ID can sync activities to Bigin.

3. Map event types now, or **configure later** (open an event's **Apps** tab and toggle Bigin on).

| How data syncs

Every booking through an active event type sends its details to Zoho Bigin:

* **Existing contacts:** the meeting record is attached to the matching contact.
* **New contacts:** a brand-new contact record is created, found under **Contacts**.

**Find your meetings:** in Bigin, open **Activities**, then the **Events** sub-tab, to see the **All Events** table — or use the **Calendar** sub-tab for a visual view.

Click a meeting to see the booker's contact info, the meeting link, and answers to your custom booking questions.

| 💡 Tip

Use the same email on Cal ID and Zoho Bigin for each team member, so Bigin assigns the correct event host.
