# How to Leave a Team in Cal ID

How to remove yourself from a team you belong to.

| Leave a team

1. Log in to Cal ID and click **Teams** in the left sidebar.
2. Find the team, click the **three dots (…)**, and select **Leave team**.

3. In the confirmation dialog, click the red **Yes, leave team** button.

> **Warning:** once you leave, you lose access to the team's shared event types and booking links. You'll need a new invite to rejoin.
