# How to Disable Adding Guests in Cal ID

Hide the **Add guests** option from your booking page so the booker can't add extra email addresses to the appointment.

| Why use it

* **Strict 1-on-1s:** keep the meeting between you and the booker.
* **Manage group size:** prevent unexpected attendees.
* **Simplicity:** a focused, single-attendee booking.

| How to disable it

1. Open **Event Types** and click **Edit** on the event.
2. Scroll to the **Questions** section.
3. Find the **Add guests** question and toggle it **OFF**.

4. Click **Save**.

> **Note:** this removes the option from the **initial booking**. A guest could still invite others from their own calendar (Google, Outlook) after the meeting is scheduled.
