# Enabling Apps for Specific Event Types

Installed apps can be turned on per event type — so you can use **Razorpay** only for paid consultations while keeping it off for internal syncs.

| Enable an app for an event

1. Open [**Event Types**](https://cal.id/event-types) and click **Edit** on the event.
2. Open the **Apps** tab.

3. Find the installed app you want (Google Analytics, Zoom, Stripe, etc.).
4. Toggle it **ON**.
5. Enter any required values (a tracking ID for analytics, a price for payments).
6. Click **Save**.

* **Tailored automation:** connect Make, Viasocket, or Zapier to specific events for unique workflows.
* **Selective payments:** charge only for premium services.
* **Targeted tracking:** use unique tracking codes to see which services convert best.
