# Editing Event Type Details (Title, URL, & Language)

Update an event type's core details anytime to keep your booking page accurate.

| Open the editor

1. Log in to [Cal ID](https://cal.id/home) and open [**Event Types**](https://cal.id/event-types).
2. Click **Edit** on the event you want to change.

| Update the details

|| Title

Edit the **Title** field — this is the main name bookers see.

|| URL slug

Edit the **URL** field — e.g., changing `meeting` to `quick-chat` makes the link `cal.id/your-username/quick-chat`.

> **Caution:** changing the slug breaks any links you've already shared.

Edit the **Description** to give attendees clearer context about the meeting.

|| Interface language

Choose the booking page's language from the **Interface Language** dropdown.

> **Tip:** select **Visitor's browser language** so each guest sees it in their own language.

Click **Save** at the top right to apply your changes.
