# Analyzing Workflow Performance in Cal ID Insights

The **Workflows** insights tab keeps your automations healthy — it shows whether your reminders, follow-ups, and notifications are reaching guests reliably.

|| Open workflow insights

1. Log in to [Cal ID](https://cal.id/home).
2. Click **Insights** in the left-hand sidebar.
3. Select the **Workflows** tab at the top.

| Key metrics and reports

|| Execution scorecards

* **Total Triggered:** how many times an automation was kicked off by an event.
* **Workflows Queued:** automations waiting to be delivered.
* **Workflows Delivered:** emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages successfully sent.
* **Workflows Read:** messages that were opened by the recipient.
* **Workflows Failed:** automations that didn't complete (often invalid contact info or integration errors).
* **Workflows Cancelled:** actions that were scheduled but stopped (e.g., a reminder cancelled because the meeting was cancelled).

|| Filter and account selection

* **Date range:** use the top-right filter to view a specific campaign or month.
* **Team vs. Personal:** switch the account filter at the top left to compare team-wide workflows against your personal ones.
